Raynaud’s Disease is a vascular condition in which the blood supply to the extremities (hands, feet, nose, ears) is reduced abnormally in response to cold and stress. This causes the skin to turn white/pale and numb. Due to oxygen depletion, the affected area may turn blue. The standard medical treatment for Raynaud’s disease is using calcium channel blockers.
